Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@thedevilmakesthree.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@thedevilmakesthree.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping and handling expenses will be applied to any exchange re-shipments and when applicable will be deducted from the total refund amount. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Canadian Return Details

“Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties & taxes as well as an average of $10 flat brokerage fee ($4 USD entry prep fee and a $6 CAD bond fee on ground shipments or a $10 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200 CAD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please take care that all customs and duties are pre-paid to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not liable for items that do not reach us due to unpaid customs fees.

For entry into Canada shipments valued over $200. A bond fee of 2.7%, with a minimum charge of $6 will be assessed along with required duties and taxes and the brokerage fees associated below.
